The University's Academic Skills Team can help develop and enhance your skills for tertiary success. Attend workshops, access online learning modules, or arrange individual tutorials to help succeed in your degree.
There are resources available on a range of topics, including time management, academic writing, research and referencing, and presentation skills.

Peer-to-peer support sessions
Student groups run sessions throughout semester to provide help with a subject or building important skills.
No bookings are needed. Just drop in at your convenience and speak to a Student Peer Leader about what you can do to improve.
Graduate Science English-Language Development Program
The Graduate Science Language Development Program is a free face-to-face workshop that takes place during Semester 1. It offers participants the opportunity to develop their language skills among fellow science students. Places are limited and applications are required.
