Mrs. Josephine Singer made a bequest in memory of her husband Eugen Singer, a distinguished chemical engineer who worked in the field of precision engineering associated with the production of polymers.
This scholarship is open to students in the Melbourne School of Engineering or Faculty of Science undertaking a higher degree by research in a field related to the study of polymers, including their production and processing.
