The John and Betty McCreery Travelling/Study Scholarships are to assist with travel undertaken by students enrolled at the University of Melbourne and who are undergraduate or postgraduate students studying within the Faculty of Science or School of Medicine who are Australian citizens and can demonstrate financial need. Some examples of the type of travel that can be supported are: travel for the purposes of postgraduate research or study, for going on exchange or a study abroad program, the completion of necessary work experience, the completion of a unit of study conducted overseas, attendance at a conference or seminar. Travel for other purposes can also be considered.
Available to students studying within the Faculty of Science, who are Australian citizens and can demonstrate financial need. The Scholarship is to assist with travel such as; postgraduate research or study overseas, exchange or a study abroad program, necessary work experience requiring travel overseas, a unit of study conducted overseas, attendance at a conference or seminar. Travel for other purposes can also be considered. The application of this scholarship must be for study. The student must be able to show evidence of the scholarship being used for travelling.
