BSc Online Drop-In Sessions
Connect with a BSc academic and a small group of your peers, ask questions, and share your experience and online learning tips and tricks.
Academic staff from across many areas of the BSc will be hosting Zoom drop-in sessions. If you’re a Chemistry student, maybe you’d like to chat with an academic from Physics or Engineering for the chance to step out of your specialisation and hear from someone in a different field! Take the chance to branch out and meet someone new.
This is a great opportunity to socialise with peers and receive guidance and ideas to help your study-from-home experience be the best it can be!
Dates
The program will run from Week 7 until Week 11, with plenty of different time slots available to suit everyone’s timetable needs.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible to register for a drop-in session, you must be currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science or the Bachelor of Science (Extended) - that’s it!
Important
These sessions are designed to connect you socially with your peers and an academic staff member.
Academic staff hosting these drop-in sessions can’t provide course advice, assignment assistance, specific career guidance or mental health services. You can check out the great range of student support services that are already available, and access the free services offered by our Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) team.
