PhD Details

My PhD research combines a line of study focused on developing machine learning and natural language processing approaches to automate computational “framing analysis” research. I focus on definitions of framing adopted in communication and political sciences to analyze framing and narrative strategies in news stories.

Why did you decide to do a PhD?
I decided to do a PhD because It is an excellent way to dive deep into a research topic and learn how to be a researcher

What do you enjoy reading?
I enjoy reading books on social science and philosophy

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working on your PhD?
Bouldering, hiking, cycling, tennis, playing cello, and definitely coffee
