Phytochemical biological activity evaluation and targeted delivery
We have the expertise and well established biochemical procedures in evaluating the biological activities of phytochemicals from foods, plant products and medicinal herbs such as the flavonoids.
This include establishing inhibitory or stimulatory potential of phytochemicals against various enzymes or biological systems pertaining to their potential anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-neurodegenerative and anti-thrombotic effects, and their targeted delivery to increase efficacy using the latest encapsulation technology.
