Vividhata's Arti Agrawal reflects on student collaboration in the Master of Data Science Industry Projects.

At Vividhata, we mentor and also offer internships to young students about to graduate who need work experience. Our motivation is two-fold: to live by our values of giving back to the community by helping prepare these bright people to be job-ready and to learn from them so we are in step with Gen Alpha. With the University of Melbourne, the student team worked on a challenging conceptual data analysis problem: going beyond a gender pay gap, how does the intersectional pay gap appear in organisations?

The students were brilliant and hardworking and I enjoyed my meetings with them so much! I would highly recommend the programme!
