Having lived on a rural farm for several years, Yu has a deep understanding of the challenges farmers face and the impact of agricultural production on their lives. Her passion for organic farming inspired her to pursue agronomy. As a peer mentor, she excels at organizing group activities, listening to new students, and helping them actively engage with campus life. She firmly believes that strong communication and mutual trust are key to building a supportive community. She is dedicated to supporting new students in the College of Agriculture, helping them enjoy a better campus life and representing their voices.
