Zirui (Oscar) Xu

2nd Year BSc

Oscar has actively engaged in university life as a Peer Mentor Program Leader, guiding first-year students through their transition, and as a Science Ambassador, delivering presentations and campus tours to prospective students and families. Through his involvement in the Circular Economy Event program and various volunteer initiatives, he has developed strong communication, advocacy, and community-building skills. Oscar is excited to represent the BSc cohort and leverage his experience in student leadership to ensure his peers' ideas, concerns, and aspirations are effectively communicated to the Faculty, while fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard.
