Presentation

Dr Ang Li from school of public health will give a short talk to the group on causal inference in housing health. Please have a read of the below reading materials in advance of the session.

About:
Ang Li is a Research Fellow at the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence in Healthy Housing, Melbourne School of Population and Global Health. Her research concerns the intersections of housing and health, with a focus on applied econometrics and causal inference. Her research has examined the impact of housing security, affordability and condition on health and social outcomes. Her current work focuses on the causal relationship between housing and health over the life course, and the role of housing as a source of vulnerability and adaptive capacity to the impacts of climate change and extreme weather. She previously worked as a health econometrician at the University of Sydney.
