Dr Megan Lucas is a Bachelor of Science alum and recipient of the Dean’s Excellence Award in 'Education – Small Class Teaching' for innovative curriculum leadership and teaching, including the development of the world’s first virtual herd of pigs.

Sooyeon Ahn
Sooyeon's honours research with the Animal Welfare Science Centre examined whether conservation detection dogs sleep or behave differently when housed alone overnight compared to being housed with a familiar dog.

Grace Holland
Grace is a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Science (Honours). Her honours research investigated the reliability of existing scoring systems used to detect sarcoptic mange in free-ranging wombats (Vombatus ursinus).

Ayesha Siddiqua
Ayesha Siddiqua recently submitted her PhD on improving disease surveillance in livestock populations. She undertook her degree with the Veterinary Epidemiology team at the Asia-Pacific Centre for Animal Health.

Alexander Wendt
Alexander Wendt is nearing the completion of their research higher degree. Alex has undertaken a PhD with the One Health Research Group, supervised by Dr Laura Brannelly, Associate Professor Lee Berger and Professor Lee Skerratt.

While volunteering at a dairy farm in Thailand, Korn Jinangkul knew for certain he wanted to work in the veterinary sciences, which led him to apply for the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Melbourne.
